- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, water, vegetable oil, minced garlic, finely chopped spring onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
- Grease a baking dish (approximately 20cm x 20cm) with a little vegetable oil, then pour the batter into the dish, spreading it evenly.
