- Firm tofu - 200 grams
- Fresh coriander leaves - 30 grams
- Cucumber - 100 grams
- Carrot - 50 grams
- Red bell pepper - 50 grams
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Press the tofu for about 10 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
- Add the tofu cubes to the dressing and marinate for 10 minutes.
- While the tofu is marinating, julienne the cucumber, carrot, and red bell pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the marinated tofu and the chopped vegetables.
- Finely chop the fresh coriander and sprinkle it over the salad.
