Ingredients

  • Firm tofu - 200 grams
  • Fresh coriander leaves - 30 grams
  • Cucumber - 100 grams
  • Carrot - 50 grams
  • Red bell pepper - 50 grams
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Press the tofu for about 10 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
  3. Add the tofu cubes to the dressing and marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. While the tofu is marinating, julienne the cucumber, carrot, and red bell pepper.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the marinated tofu and the chopped vegetables.
  6. Finely chop the fresh coriander and sprinkle it over the salad.
  7. Toss everything gently to combine and serve immediately.
