- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Broccoli - 100 grams, cut into florets
- Spring onions - 2, chopped
- Black pepper - to taste
- Rice - 150 grams, uncooked
Steps
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Add the sliced red bell pepper and broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
