  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Broccoli - 100 grams, cut into florets
  • Spring onions - 2, chopped
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Rice - 150 grams, uncooked

Steps

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  6. Add the sliced red bell pepper and broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  7. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped coriander and spring onions.
  8. Serve the Coriander Beef over the cooked rice.
