Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 200 grams
  • Coconut flour - 30 grams
  • Water - 120 ml
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Green onions - 4 stalks, finely chopped
  • Coconut oil - 2 tbsp (for frying)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, and salt.
  2. Gradually add water to the flour mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 2-3 minutes until smooth, then cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. After resting, divide the dough into 2 equal portions.
  5. Roll out one portion on a lightly floured surface into a thin circle (about 1/4 inch thick).
  6. Sprinkle half of the chopped green onions evenly over the rolled-out dough.
  7. Starting from one edge, roll the dough tightly into a log, then coil it into a round shape.
  8. Flatten the coiled dough gently with your palm, then roll it out again into a circle.
  9. Repeat the process with the second portion of dough and remaining green onions.
  10. Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  11. Cook each pancake for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy, adding more oil as needed.
  12. Remove from the skillet, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
