- Water - 120 ml
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Green onions - 4 stalks, finely chopped
- Coconut oil - 2 tbsp (for frying)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, and salt.
- Gradually add water to the flour mixture, stirring until a dough forms.

- After resting, divide the dough into 2 equal portions.
- Roll out one portion on a lightly floured surface into a thin circle (about 1/4 inch thick).
- Sprinkle half of the chopped green onions evenly over the rolled-out dough.
- Starting from one edge, roll the dough tightly into a log, then coil it into a round shape.
- Flatten the coiled dough gently with your palm, then roll it out again into a circle.
- Repeat the process with the second portion of dough and remaining green onions.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each pancake for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy, adding more oil as needed.
- Remove from the skillet, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
