  • Cucumber - 1 small, julienned
  • Carrot - 1 small, julienned
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Cilantro - a handful, chopped

Steps

  1. Cook whole wheat noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together tahini, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled noodles with the sesame sauce, ensuring all noodles are well coated.
