- Unsweetened shredded coconut - 50 grams
- Almond flour - 30 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Coconut oil - for frying
Steps
- In a food processor, combine the shrimp, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until the mixture is well combined but still slightly chunky.
- Fold in the unsweetened shredded coconut until evenly distributed.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
