  • Pinch of salt - 1/8 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the coconut cream, almond milk, erythritol, and a pinch of salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sweetener dissolves completely.
  2. Once the mixture is warm but not boiling, remove it from the heat.
  3. In a separate small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over 2 tablespoons of cold water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it blooms.
  4. After blooming, add the gelatin mixture to the warm coconut mixture, stirring until fully dissolved.
