Ingredients

  • Water - 50 ml

  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds (for topping) - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix coconut milk and water until well combined.
  4. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
