  • Coconut milk - 100 ml
  • Butter - 15 grams, melted

  • Water - 50 ml (for steaming)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the egg, coconut milk, melted butter, and sweetener (if using).
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
