- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Steps
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chili flakes, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
