- All-purpose flour - 150 grams
- Cold water - 60 ml
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Extra firm tofu - 200 grams
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh cilantro - 50 grams, chopped
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1/2, diced
- Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add cold water and knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- While the dough is resting, press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into small cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and chili flakes. Add the tofu cubes and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Roll out the rested dough into a thin circle, about 25 cm in diameter. Place it in a lightly greased tart pan or a baking sheet.
- Spread the cooked tofu evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with chopped cilantro, sliced green onions, and diced red bell pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake the tart for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
