- Shiitake mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic, then brush it over the pizza dough.
- Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
- In a pan over medium heat, sauté the sliced red bell pepper and shiitake mushrooms in a bit of olive oil until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped green onions and sauté for an additional 2 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce, lime juice, and half of the chopped cilantro, mixing well.
- Spread the sautéed vegetable mixture evenly over the cheese on the pizza.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Once out of the oven, sprinkle the remaining cilantro on top before slicing and serving.
