- Lamb shoulder - 300 grams, cubed
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Five-spice powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Skewers (wooden or metal) - 4
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed lamb with vegetable oil, cumin, paprika, five-spice powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure all the meat is coated and allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is nicely browned and cooked through.
