  • Lamb shoulder - 300 grams, cubed
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Five-spice powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Skewers (wooden or metal) - 4

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed lamb with vegetable oil, cumin, paprika, five-spice powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure all the meat is coated and allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  4. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is nicely browned and cooked through.
