- Chili paste - 1 tablespoon

- Chinese five spice - 1 teaspoon

- Skewers - 8 pieces (soaked in water if wooden)
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast and pork tenderloin into bite-sized cubes.
- Chop the bell peppers and zucchini into similar-sized pieces for even cooking.
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, chili paste, cumin powder, Chinese five spice, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken and pork to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
