Ingredients

  • Dried chrysanthemum flowers - 10 grams
  • Water - 500 milliliters
  • Rock sugar - 1 tablespoon (optional)
  • Goji berries - 10 grams (optional, for garnish)

Steps

  1. Boil 500 milliliters of water in a kettle or pot.
  2. Once the water reaches a rolling boil, remove it from the heat and let it cool for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Place 10 grams of dried chrysanthemum flowers in a teapot or heatproof container.
  4. Pour the hot water over the chrysanthemum flowers and cover the container.
  5. Let the tea steep for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors and fragrance to develop.
  6. If desired, add 1 tablespoon of rock sugar to sweeten the tea, stirring until it dissolves.
