Ingredients

  • Egg Noodles - 200 grams
  • Chicken Breast - 250 grams, sliced thinly
  • Bell Pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Green Onion - 2, chopped
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Oyster Sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
