  • Whole wheat pizza base - 1 (30 cm)
  • Cooked chow mein noodles - 150 grams
  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 100 grams
  • Bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1/2 cup
  • Carrot, julienned - 1/4 cup
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cooked chow mein noodles, shredded chicken, bell pepper, carrot, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the noodle mixture evenly over the whole wheat pizza base.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the noodle mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
