- Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 100 grams
- Bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1/2 cup
- Carrot, julienned - 1/4 cup
- Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
- Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked chow mein noodles, shredded chicken, bell pepper, carrot, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper until well combined.
