  • Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks

  • Oyster sauce (Kosher) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Prepare the rice noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced bell pepper and julienned carrot, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Add the cooked rice noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, mixing well to coat the noodles and vegetables evenly.
  7. Add chopped green onions and season with salt and pepper to taste, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
