- Bell pepper (red) - 1 medium, sliced

- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Snow peas - 100 grams
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped

- Water - 100 ml
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- In a bowl, marinate the sliced chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper, carrot, broccoli florets, and snow peas.
- Stir-fry the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, add water, and stir well to combine.
- Drizzle sesame oil over the mixture, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
