- Water - 100 ml
- Fresh chives - 50 grams, chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons for frying
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add water while stirring to form a soft dough.

- In a separate bowl, mix the chopped chives, sesame oil, black pepper, and a pinch of salt together.
- Divide the rested dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a thin circle about 10 cm in diameter.
- Place a spoonful of the chive filling in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and press the edges to seal.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each pocket for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
