Ingredients

  • Eggs - 4 large

  • Water - 100 ml

  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, chopped chives, flour, water, salt, and black pepper until well combined and smooth.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour half of the batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly to form a pancake.
  4. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown and then flip to cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove the pancake and keep warm. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil if necessary.
