Ingredients

  • Rice vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted
  • Scallions - 1, finely chopped
  • Red chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Soak the dried seaweed in warm water for about 10 minutes until it expands and becomes tender. Drain and gently squeeze out excess water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the soaked seaweed, sliced cucumber, and julienned carrot.
