- Chicken breast (skinless, diced) - 150 grams
- Ginger (sliced) - 10 grams
- Garlic (cloves, smashed) - 2 cloves
- Water - 1 liter
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Soak the dried goji berries, shiitake mushrooms, and lotus seeds in warm water for 30 minutes until softened.
- In a pot, add 1 liter of water and bring it to a boil.
