  • Coconut milk (optional for serving) - 100 ml
  • Chopped fresh fruits (optional for serving) - 50 grams

Steps

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 500 ml of water to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and gradually whisk in 10 grams of Chinese Herbal Jelly Powder until fully dissolved.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of sweetener to the mixture and stir until completely blended.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and pour the mixture into a mold or serving dishes.
  5. Let it cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then transfer it to the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours until set.
