Ingredients

  • Thai basil - 30 grams
  • Green onions - 2 stalks
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, thinly sliced
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, julienned
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili oil - 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Roasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Wash and dry all fresh herbs thoroughly.
  2. Chop cilantro, mint leaves, and Thai basil roughly and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Thinly slice the green onions and add them to the bowl.
