  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon (or maple syrup for vegan)
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. If using fresh corn, boil it in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain and cool. If using canned corn, simply rinse and drain it.
