- Tofu - 100 grams, crumbled

- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and warm water, knead until a smooth dough forms, then let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the chopped Chinese chives, crumbled tofu, sesame oil, soy sauce, and salt until well combined to make the filling.
- Divide the rested dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a thin circle.
- Place a spoonful of the chive and tofu filling in the center of each circle, then fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape, sealing the edges tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the pockets for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels before serving.
