- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped Chinese chives, crumbled tofu, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness (about 0.5 cm).
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the chive and tofu mixture evenly over the pizza base.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chive mixture.
