Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Chinese chives - 100 grams, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Tofu - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped Chinese chives, crumbled tofu, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness (about 0.5 cm).
  4. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the chive and tofu mixture evenly over the pizza base.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chive mixture.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the pizza for extra flavor.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
