  • white pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • garlic - 1 clove, minced (optional)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add salt, white pepper, and minced garlic if using. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add the chopped Chinese chives to the egg mixture and stir gently to incorporate.
