  • Coconut oil - 30 grams (melted)
  • Non-dairy milk - 30 ml
  • Sliced almonds - 20 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, almond extract, and non-dairy milk until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls, then flatten them slightly and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
