- Sago pearls - 50 grams

Steps
- In a pot, bring 500 ml of water to a boil and add the sago pearls. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pearls become transparent.
- Once cooked, drain the sago pearls and rinse them under cold water to remove excess starch. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, Greek yogurt, and honey. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
- Fold the cooked sago pearls into the coconut milk mixture and mix gently.
- Add the diced mango to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
