- Cauliflower - 300 grams
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Egg - 1 large
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon

- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chili oil - 2 tablespoons
- Red bell pepper - 50 grams, diced
- Green onion - 1 stalk, chopped
- Fresh basil - a handful, chopped
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes, then let cool slightly.
- Once cooled, transfer the cauliflower to a clean kitchen towel and wring out as much moisture as possible.
- In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, oregano, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a pizza crust about 1 cm thick.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and brush with olive oil. Spread the chili oil evenly over the crust.
- Top the pizza with diced red bell pepper and chopped green onion.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the toppings are slightly cooked.
- Remove from the oven and finish with fresh basil before slicing and serving.
