  • Green onion - 1 tablespoon, finely chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the raw peanuts, chili oil, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix until the peanuts are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the coated peanuts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
