Ingredients

  • Chili oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions (sliced) - 3 stalks
  • Carrot (julienned) - 1 medium
  • Bell pepper (sliced) - 1 medium
  • Coriander (fresh, chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat the chili oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the julienned carrot and sliced bell pepper to the pan, stir-frying for about 3-4 minutes until they are slightly tender.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan, then pour in the soy sauce and toss everything together until the noodles are well coated.
  6. Stir in the sliced green onions and chopped coriander, mixing well to combine.
