Ingredients

  • Naan bread - 2 pieces
  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 150 grams
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Chili oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Red bell pepper, thinly sliced - 50 grams
  • Green onions, chopped - 30 grams
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, soy sauce, minced garlic, and half of the chili oil. Stir well to coat the chicken.
  3. Place the naan bread on a baking sheet and brush each piece with the remaining chili oil.
  4. Evenly distribute the chili-coated chicken over the naan, followed by the sliced red bell pepper and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions, fresh cilantro, and sesame seeds.
