- Ginger - 1 tsp, minced
- Soy sauce (or coconut aminos for keto) - 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Almond flour - 100g
- Psyllium husk - 1 tbsp
- Egg - 1 large
- Chili oil - 2 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
Steps
- In a bowl, mix together ground pork, shredded cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine almond flour and psyllium husk, then add the egg and mix well to form a dough.
- Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them into discs.
- Place a small spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each disc and fold the edges over to create dumplings, sealing well.
- In a large skillet, heat a bit of oil over medium heat and place the dumplings in the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix together chili oil and vinegar to create a dipping sauce.
