Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chili oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a pizza stone or a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
