Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chili oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and salt.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss well to coat them evenly with the marinade.
