  • Soy sauce (halal) - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine lime juice, lime zest, minced garlic, chopped chili, soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the fish fillets to the marinade, making sure they are well-coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
