  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon

  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine fresh lime juice, lime zest, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, chili flakes, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
