Ingredients

  • Firm tofu - 200 grams
  • Cauliflower - 300 grams
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
  3. Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. While the tofu is cooking, chop the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
  5. In a separate pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add minced garlic and red chili flakes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Add the cauliflower rice to the pan and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Once the tofu is cooked, add it to the cauliflower rice and mix well.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro.
