- Firm tofu - 200 grams
- Cauliflower - 300 grams
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
- Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
- While the tofu is cooking, chop the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
- In a separate pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add minced garlic and red chili flakes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cauliflower rice to the pan and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Once the tofu is cooked, add it to the cauliflower rice and mix well.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro.
