Steps

  1. Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly under running water and drain.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Stir in the red chili flakes and cook for an additional 15 seconds.
