- Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
- Chili paste - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce (Kosher) - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green onion, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup
- Egg - 1 large
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Burger buns (Kosher) - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Cucumber, sliced - 1/2
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, minced garlic, chili paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped green onion, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Once hot, place the patties in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns in a separate pan until lightly browned.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the shrimp patty, sliced cucumber, and a dollop of mayonnaise.
- Top with the other half of the bun, serve with lime wedges on the side, and enjoy!
