  • Coconut aminos - 2 tablespoons
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Lime - 1, juiced

Steps

  1. Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped chili peppers, grated ginger, coconut aminos, and lime juice to make a marinade.
  3. Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let the fish marinate for about 15 minutes.
