  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the edamame. Cook for about 5 minutes until bright green and tender.
  2. Drain the edamame and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
