  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Chili paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Spring onions - 2, chopped

Steps

  1. Cut the boneless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and marinate them with soy sauce, chili paste, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper for at least 15 minutes.
