Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 250 grams
  • Black bean sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Onion - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate in soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of oil, then add minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
