- Chili sauce - 1 tablespoon

- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, ground coriander, cumin, turmeric, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Add chicken strips to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken marinates, prepare the peanut sauce by whisking together peanut butter, coconut milk, and chili sauce in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth and warm, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken strips onto the skewers.
