- Salt - 5 grams
- Ground chicken - 200 grams
- Green onions, finely chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic, minced - 1 clove
- Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Carrot, grated - 1 small
- Coriander leaves, chopped - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.

- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into 6 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a small circle about 10 cm in diameter.
