- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Soy sauce (low sodium) - 3 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced

Steps
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken breast to the pan, cooking until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and broccoli florets to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan along with the sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
